What Are Growth Hormone Peptides?

Growth hormone (GH) peptides are a class of compounds that stimulate your body's natural production and release of growth hormone from the pituitary gland. Unlike synthetic HGH, these peptides work with your body's existing feedback mechanisms to produce a more natural, pulsatile GH release pattern.

The Two Categories

GHRPs (Growth Hormone Releasing Peptides)

GHRPs stimulate the pituitary gland to release growth hormone by mimicking the hunger hormone ghrelin. They create a strong, immediate pulse of GH.

Ipamorelin: Moderate GH release, no hunger or cortisol effects. GHRP-2: Strong GH release, moderate hunger. GHRP-6: Strong GH release, strong hunger. Hexarelin: Very strong GH pulse, cardiac benefits.

GHRHs (Growth Hormone Releasing Hormones)

GHRHs amplify the GH pulse that's already been initiated. CJC-1295 (no DAC): Short duration, dosed 2-3x daily. CJC-1295 (with DAC): Long duration, dosed 1-2x weekly. Sermorelin: Oldest GHRH analog, well-studied.

The GHRP + GHRH Stack

Combining both creates a synergistic effect that produces GH levels 2-3x higher than either alone. The most popular combination is Ipamorelin + CJC-1295 (no DAC).
